In June of 2005 skateboarding will once again change. This June, a major motion picture from Tri Star pictures entitled “Lords of Dogtown” will open in over 2,500 movie theaters across the United States. The film is based on the legendary Z boys and their impact on skateboarding. TriStar Pictures in association with Concrete Wave Magazine/Editions are publishing a 160 page, soft cover edition book that will showcase the making of “Lords of Dogtown”. This book captures the behind the scenes images and antics of both actors and skaters during the sometimes grueling and often times humorous filming of the movie. This book is published by Concrete Wave Editions and written by Michael Brooke (editor/publisher of Concrete Wave Magazine). The price is only $19.95 per book.
